Looking for a free and fun event to do tonight with your whole family? Well I have just the thing for ya. Get ready for some great Cajun and Zydeco music tonight as "Live at the Lakefront" is back for one more week.

Live at the Lakefront has been extended one more week because the event that was scheduled on March 18th had to be postponed and moved due to inclement weather.

It's Mardi Gras time in Southwest Louisiana which means balls are going on all over the place but most of the balls you have to be a member of a Krewe. Well I found you one where you don't have to be a member because it is open to the public.

It's the second and final day of the 2014 Iowa Rabbit Festival who is celebrating their 28th year. Last night was a blast and today's entertainment lineup promises to be just as fun!  Today Travis Matte, Steve Riley and Richard lebouef will perform along with many others!

The Iowa Rabbit Festival is celebrating their 28th year and it begins tonight in the Iowa city park.  The Festival is a two day event which is today and tomorrow, March 14th and 15th. Tonight the entertainment lineup includes Country music recording artist Todd O'Neill, Geno Delafose and French Rockin' Boogie and Wayne Toups and Zydecajun!

The second weekend of Contraband Days is coming up and this Saturday May 12th, they will have and all start lineup of Cajun music playing from Noon to 9:30 p.m. All bands will perform live on the Malibu Rum Outdoor Stage, presented by Contraband Days & Cajun Radio The music will be non stop for almost 10 hours leading up to the fireworks show.  Who do you want to see?  take our poll!

The 55th annual Contraband Days festival kicks off today for two weeks in downtown Lake Charles on the Civic Center grounds. Jean Lafitte and his band of pirates will take over the city for two weeks packed full of great entertainment, carnival rides for the kids and lots of great food!
