Mike White stopped by the Cajun Radio studio's this morning to fill us in on the Mike White Invitational PBR Touring Pro series bull riding event going on at the Burton Coliseum this Friday and Saturday night. The Moss Bluff native also had exciting news that he will be inducted into the "Ring of Honor", which is the PBR's Hall of Fame, in October in Las Vegas during the PBR World Final

The Mike White Invitational PBR Pro Division bull riding event is this weekend June 22nd & 23rd inside the Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles. The event is chopped full of excitement and the best of the best bull riders the PBR has to offer and now you can win your tickets to go to Saturday nights performance here!

The Mike White Invitational PBR touring pro division bull riding event is coming back to the lake area June 22nd and 23rd, 2012. The world’s top bull riders and bulls return to Burton Coliseum for the event which always is full of exciting, heart pounding action! This year Mike White also welcomes in a legendary world champion bull rider.

If Joshua Ledet survives this round of elimination tonight on American Idol, the Lake Area will explode into full Josh Mode. And it will start with free tickets to his 6 p.m. Saturday show at Burton Coliseum.  Tickets will be available starting at 8 p.m. tonight.

As we reported yesterday, there’s a better-than-even chance that ‘American Idol‘ star Joshua Ledet will be returning to town on Saturday like the conquering hero he’s become.  First, he’s here in our studios, then a parade, then a live performance at Burton Coliseum.

He’s hit the big time, baby, and he’s bringing it all back home if he makes it through one more week. American Idol favorite Joshua Ledet will be live in our studios this Saturday morning, May 12, during the 8 a.m. hour and there will be a parade in his honor and live concert at Burton Colliseum that same afternoon, but only if you get him through one more round.

The 73rd Annual Southwest District Livestock show and Rodeo is coming to Lake Charles on Thursday February 2nd thru Saturday February 4th at the Burton Coliseum. Are you ready for some big time heart pounding bull riding fun?  Well we have the tickets and a ready to send you to the rodeo!

Can you believe that the Burton Coliseum is 35 years old already? Well it is, and now its time for it to get an update. The Burton is home to festivals, McNeese Basketball games, rodeos, graduations and many other events, so it probably is time to get the facility a new look.

Yesterday in the Burton Coliseum, you could feel the love in the air and a community coming together to support Holden Gothia.  Southwest Louisiana sure came through as the All-Star Benefit Concert was a huge success!!!
