Baton Rouge and Lafayette are two of America’s best places to live, according to RelocateAmerica.com’s new 2011 ranking of the nation’s top 100 cities. The list featured cities across 44 states (eat it, Delaware), and the site will narrow the field down to 10 cities next month.
