The McNeese Men's basketball team made it all the way to the Southland conference championship before losing to Lamar Saturday.  The loss bounced them out of a birth to NCAA tournament. Now the Cowboys are headed to Ohio to play in the CollegeInsider post season tournament tonight.

The McNeese Cowgirls won the Southland Conference tournament Friday against Stephen F Austin 60-56. The win gave the Cowgirls their second straight conference championship in the past two seasons. Now it's on to the NCAA tournament known as "The Big Dance".  When and where will they play?

The McNeese Cowgirls started their defense of their Southland Conference title today at noon when they took on Southeastern Louisiana in Katy Texas. The game tipped off at noon and the Cowgirls took it from there beating Southeastern Louisiana 67-55 to advance to the Semi-Finals of the Southland conference tournament. When will they play again?

The McNeese Cowgirls basketball team, who are 9-2 on the season, will face there toughest opponent tonight when they travel to Waco to take on the #1 ranked Baylor Bears.
