According to KPLC, two 16-year-olds were arrested on Tuesday after leading police on a foot chase and later entering a house near the intersection of 17th and Center street for an hour and a half standoff.

Chief of Police Don Dixon told the news site that the teens may be connected to a shooting on Kirkman St. and a robbery on Fall St. Both incidents were reported sometime during the day on Tuesday, which lead to the pursuit of the two suspects.

After negotiating with the teens by bullhorn, police threatened to send gas into the home. The teens exited the home and were arrested, said KPLC.
