Saints Take On Titans in Final Pre-Season Game Thursday Night

The New Orleans Saints will finish of the 2011 NFL preseason at home Thursday night when they take on the Tennessee Titans in the Superdome.

Its unknown how much playing time Drew Brees or any of the other starters for the Saints will get Thursday night.  Coach Peyton might want to bench the guys for this really meaningless game and set their sites on the opening game of the season.

The Saints will open up the 2011 NFL in prime time on Thursday Spetember 8th when they take on the reigning Superbowl Champion Green Bay Packers in Lambeau Field. That game will pit the last two Superbowl champions against each other.

The 2011 NFL Kickoff party will be before the game with performances from Kid Rock, Maroon 5, and Lady Antebellum. The party will be televised at 630pm and then the game will kickoff at 730.  Both the party and game will be televised nationally on NBC.

As for Thursday's preseason game against the Titans, that game will be available locally on CST Channel 57.
