Richard LeBouef Kisses KPLC Weather Man Wade Hampton On Live TV [VIDEO]

This past weekend was the 2013 Marshland Festival and my good friend Wade Hampton from KPLC TV was broadcasting live from the civic center doing the weather on their newscast.

I set is up for Wade to interview Cajun music star Richard LeBouef live on the air.  What happen next was just plain hilarious!  This is a must see!

If you know Richard, you know he has a great personality and is just plain crazy (In a good way).  About 47 seconds into the video, Richard decides to give Wade a smooch on live TV.
