McNeese Cowgirls Open SLC Tournament Against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi At 1:30 Today

The McNeese Cowgirls open the Southland Conference Tournament this afternoon against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.  The game will be in Katy, Texas and will tip off at 1:30 p.m.

McNeese (17-12) will enter the tournament as the seventh seed while Texas A&M-CC (18-11) is the sixth seed.  The no. 7 seed is the lowest seed for McNeese since 2009 and McNeese will also be looking to make tournament history as no seventh seed has ever won the tournament.
