McNeese Baseball Game Against Southeastern Louisiana On TV Friday

The McNeese Cowboys baseball team are on a pretty good hot streak.  They have won eight out of their last nine games.  Some of the wins are very impressive with wins of nationally ranked LSU and also beating Louisiana Tech.

Last night the pokes were supposed to take on #24 UL Lafayette but due to rain and the chance of flooding the game was cancelled.  No makeup game has been scheduled.

That game could have helped the Cowboys because the chance to put another win against a nationally ranked team on the resume' would have been good for their strength of schedule.

Next up for the pokes is a three game series here in Lake Charles against Southeastern Louisiana.  The series starts Friday night at Cowboy Diamond.  First pitch is set for 6:00 p.m. and it will be televised.

The Cowboys will be looking to stay on the winning ways and Friday night's game will give them a chance to showcase their talents and pitching. The game will be carried on Cox Sports Television and on ESPN3.com.
