Mardi Gras Season Starts This Friday Jan 6 With 12th Night

The 2017 festival season is upon us!  That's right Mardi Gras 2017 is coming and it all starts tomorrow night to get the season started with 12th night.

Mardi Gras always begins with the 12th night celebration and tomorrow night in the Lake Charles Civic Center it all goes down.  Tomorrow night you will be able to dance and hail the kings and queens of more than 60 krewes in their full costumes.

If you have never been to 12th night then you need to go check it out.  YOu will see so many beautiful costumes and festive people ready to ring in the Mardi Gras season.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the event begins at 7:00 p.m. inside the Lake Charles Civic Center coliseum. Tickets are $6 in advance or $7 at the door. Children 5 and under are admitted free.
