LSU Tigers To Face Cal State Fullerton In Elimination Game Today

The LSU Tigers have put themselves in a bad position after committing four errors Sunday and losing 10-3 to TCU in the opening round of the college world series.  The loss has put the Tigers in the losers bracket.

Now it's either win or be eliminated!  The Tigers will face Cal State Fullerton who lost in dramatic fashion yesterday to the defending national champions, Vanderbilt.

The Cal State Fullerton Titans lost a heart breaker to Vanderbilt when freshman Jeren Kendall hit a walk-off two run home run in the bottom of the 9th to give Vanderbilt a 4-3 victory and Send the Titans into the losers brcaket to face LSU.

The Tigers will face Cal State Fullerton today at 2:00 p.m. and the game will be televised on ESPN 2.  The winner stays in the college World Series.  The loser, season over!
