The LSU Athletic department is reporting that senior LSU Kicker Colby Delahoussaye was in a car wreck but thankfully suffered only minor injuries.  Unfortunately, the two other people in the car were killed in the wreck.

Nebraska punter Sam Foltz and former Michigan State punter Mike Sadler were both killed in the wreck on Saturday night in Merton, Wisconsin.  All three players were up in Wisconsin taking part in the Kohl’s Kicking Camp.

According to LSUSports.net:

The car crash occurred at 11:43 p.m. on Saturday on Beaver Lake Road. According to the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, the vehicle, which was driven by Sadler, lost control on a wet pavement and crashed into a tree. Foltz was sitting in the front passenger seat, while Delahoussaye was the lone passenger in the backseat.

According to LSU, Delahoussaye was treated at Waukesha Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin for unspecified minor injuries. Delahoussaye, who is a native of New Iberia, returned home yesterday.
