The LSU Tigers football team were off this week but still managed to move up in both major college football polls.

The Tigers moved from #16 to # 14 in the AP Poll and are moved from # 17 to # 15 in the Amway Coaches Poll that was released Sunday morning.

After Auburn beat Ole Miss 35-31 last Saturday, Alabama moved up to #4 in both polls which was vacated by Ole Miss's loss.
