So all the rumors and speculation that Les Miles would be fired after the Texas A&M game are now over.  After the game during the press conference LSU athletic director Joe Alleva said "Les Miles is our football coach and will continue to be our football coach."

So there ya go LSU fans, Les Miles will continue to coach the LSU Tigers.  LSU won the game tonight 19-7 over Texas A&M tonight.  The Tigers finish the regular season at 8-3.

After the game it was unknown what Les Miles future was.  His players grabbed Miles and put him on their shoulders and carried him off the field not knowing if this would be the last time Miles would be in Tigers stadium.

Also, sophomore running back Leonard Fournette also broke a record tonight.  Fournette broke the LSU football's 38-year-old single-season rushing record tonight. Fournette ran 32 times for 159 yards and a touchdown passing Charles Alexander's 1977 rushing total of 1,686.

Next up for the Tigers is a bowl game which should be announced after December 5th games are played.
