With the anticipation of the #15 ranked LSU Tigers facing #5 Auburn this Saturday night, the SEC announced that the game time and TV network the game will be televised on between the Tigers and Florida Gators set for Next Saturday, October 11th will not be announced until this Sunday.

Update:  The LSU Tigers October 11th game at Florida will kickoff at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and will be televised by the SEC Network, the SEC announced Sunday.

CBS decided to use their six-day option for its weekend doubleheader to decide if they want to pick up the Tiger/Gator game.  In short terms, they just want to see how the games turn out Saturday to see if they want to air a game people will want to watch.

CBS will choose between LSU at Florida, Alabama at Arkansas, Auburn at Mississippi State, Georgia at Missouri, and Ole Miss at Texas A&M for its 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. CT games that Saturday.

All five of the games placed on hold will be televised on either CBS, one of the ESPN networks, or the SEC Network.
