LSU# 1 In BCS, AP & Harris Polls; # 2 USA/Today Coaches

The LSU Tigers beat the Tennessee Volunteers 38-7 last Saturday to improve to 7-0 on the season and 4-0 in SEC play.

For their efforts, the LSU Tigers were rewarded with the number one slot in the BCS Poll which came out last night on ESPN. LSU is also ranked #1 in the AP and Harris Polls while taking the #2 spot in the USA Today/Coaches poll.

The Tigers will now face the Defending National Champions from last year, The Auburn Tigers this Saturday at Tigers Stadium in Baton Rouge. LSU will also wear for the first and only time this year a new uniform. The Tigers will sport their NIKE Combat uniforms for Saturdays game.
