SEXY!  There, I said the word.  Now, quick -- what's the first place that comes to mind.

The City of Sulphur, right?  Sexy, sexy Sulphur.

Well, it's clearly what came to somebody's mind, as Sulphur has been ranked as the fourth sexiest place in Louisiana. And Lake Charles was right behind her at No. 6. Jennings landed at No. 25 on the list, and Moss Bluff -- not even actually a city -- is hanging out at No. 48. Southwest Louisiana has got the mad hotties, yo -- it's clear.

But wait -- how do you rank the sexiness of a city?  According to Movato:

...(T)his ranking was based on data from the 2010 U.S. Census, the National Weather Service, and business listings rather than personal preference. Using those sources, we examined all places in Louisiana with populations of at least 10,000 people in the following steamy criteria:

  • Nightlife per capita (bars, clubs, comedy, etc.)
  • Lingerie stores per capita
  • Adult stores per capita (novelties, videos, etc.)
  • Adult entertainment per capita (strip clubs, burlesque, use your imagination…)
  • Massage parlors per capita
  • Hotels per capita
  • Average summer temperature (hotter = fewer clothes = better)

So, basically, your city is "sexy" if it has strip clubs, massage parlors, lingerie shops and hotels. Also, the higher the humidity, the sexier you get. Because that makes sense -- sweaty people are so sexy.

Hey, brother -- whatever floats your boat. This might be the stupidest list we've ever covered, if only because there's no way Mandeville is sexy to anyone.
