Johnnie Allan Performs “The Ring That Shines” [VIDEO]

So while scanning through YouTube, I found this awesome video of Johnnie Allan performing live at the 25th Annual Le Cajun Music awards in Rayne Louisiana.

Johnnie is know for all his great swamp pop and Cajun classics but this one is one of my favorites. The video your going to watch is Johnnie Allan singing "La Bague Qui Brille " and in English that translates to "The Ring that Shines".  Johnnie wrote the song as well.

Johnnie was born in Rayne Louisiana on March 10th, 1938 which makes him 77.  He still to this day tours and performs live all over the state of Louisiana.  He will actually be playing at the 2015 Marshland Festival in Lake Charles on Saturday, July 25th!
