It turns out that Friday’s Marshland Festival’s opening night was the farewell performance from our friends in Hip Boot Joe. You might know these guys from their work with Wayne Toups, especially the song "Here in Louisiana."  Notice Travis Thibodeaux, the lead singer -- he's the guy who wrote Toups's mega hit "Take My Hand" when he was 14 years old.  What were you doing when you were 14?
