Grammy Winner Chubby Carrier Being Inducted To Louisiana Hall of Fame

This is Chubby Carrier's year!!  First he took home the Grammy  for best Cajun/Zydeco album and now he is being inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame.

The ceremony is this  Sunday, October, 16th at the Festivals Acadiens et Creoles in Lafayette, LA.

Chubby was originally supposed to be inducted in 2012 but it was moved up to this year.

Chubby sent out a email to all of his Zydeco Junkies and this is what it said.

"This has definitely been a year of awards for the band and me. If you happen to be in the area, I'd love for the fans to share in this special occasion.'

Chubby is truly one heck of a great guy and this is another honor well deserved!!
