Just a few days ago, defensive coordinator Greg Williams left the New Orleans Saints to become the defensive coordinator of the St. Louis Rams.  This left open a spot that head coach Sean Peyton and the New Orleans Saints needed to fill.

ESPN is reporting that they have done just that.

ESPN is Reporting that former head coach of the Rams, Steve Spagnuolo will become the next defensive coordinator for the New Orleans Saints.

Former St. Louis Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo has agreed to become defensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints, sources told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen.

The 52-year-old Spagnuolo was head coach in St. Louis the past three seasons and was fired in January after going 10-38 with the Rams. Before that he was defensive coordinator for the New York Giants, a stint that included a Super Bowl upset of the New England Patriots.

Gregg Williams, who was New Orleans' defensive coordinator the past three seasons, has joined Jeff Fisher's staff in St. Louis.

So the rams take the Saints defensive coordinator and we get the Ram former head coach.  Hmmm almost like a trade that would happen for players lol.

Who do you think got the better deal?
