Here's a fun event for the family this weekend, Creole Nature Trail Adventure Point is 1-years old.  This Saturday May 7, they will host their first anniversary celebration and your invited!  This event is absolutely FREE!  So round up the family and experience Southwest Louisiana like you never have before.  Check out the Creole Nature Trail's cool interactive exhibits, explore the coastal wetlands, wildlife refuges, marshes and more.

There will plenty of giveaways for the kids to include coloring books, snacks, face painting.  Plus, Gumbeaux Gator will be on hand to take photos and the whole family will enjoy the baby alligators. See Southwest Louisiana up-close this weekend and come out to the Creole Nature Trail Adventure Point's 1-year anniversary celebration.  The special event will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and the nature trail is located at 2740 Ruth Street in Sulphur, just south Exit 20 on Interstate 10.
