Due to the McNeese Home playoff game this Saturday, the City Of Lake Charles has once again altered their plans for the upcoming "Light Up the Lake" ceremonies. It was originally set for a one day event but has now been stretched into a two day festival.
About a week ago we reported to you about the times, locations and how to sign up for the City Of Lake Charles Christmas activities. Well the City of Lake Charles had a press conference today and advised that they have moved up the times of all the events for the "Light Up the Lake" ceremonies.
Saturday night the Charlie Daniels Band hit the stage at 10:30 p.m. at the Crowley Rice Festival and during his performance he brought on a very familiar Cajun and Country artist everyone form around here knows, Jo-El Sonnier.
