Calcasieu Sheriff’s Office DWI Checkpoint Tonight June 29

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office (CPSO) will be conducting a DWi checkpoint tonight at an undisclosed location somewhere in the parish.

This is a great way to discouraged drivers to get behind the wheel if they are impaired!

Deputies will be looking for drivers under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.  This is in a effort to keep our roadways safe.

Moral of the story, if you are heading out tonight for a little party or a drink or two, designate a driver and get home safe and let the other folks on the road do the same thing!
