If you have trouble making pralines, then we have the answer for you.
Saturday September 29 from 10-2 Gwen Gilliland from New Iberia will be at Creative Concepts demonstrating how to use her praline mix to make that favorite Southwest Louisiana candy. This is the only praline mix available and created  by one of our own from New Iberia, Louisiana. You don't have to worry about a candy thermometer or bad weather, make pralines anytime with this one of a kind mix.  Only takes about 15 minutes and the only ingredients you need to add to this mix is pecans, 1/2 stick of butter and a small can of evaporated milk
Please come out and support her and get some free samples.
We will also have a sidewalk sale if the weather is good.
So join me this Saturday from 10am to noon at Creative Concepts on McNeese Street across from Krogers.  Stop by and get a free sample of some great Cajun food and pralines and you might even walk away with an autographed CD or T-shirt!
