The 4th ranked LSU Tigers will host the 6th ranked South Carolina Gamecocks in Tiger Stadium next Saturday October 13th.  Today, the Southeastern Conference announced that the game will officially kickoff at 7:00 p.m. and will be televised nationally.

On Monday, the Southeastern Conference and its network television partners announced kickoff for the Oct. 13 LSU football game against South Carolina will be 7 p.m. CT on ESPN. LSU's only home game in October is setup to be its second-straight against a top-10 opponent, as South Carolina is ranked No. 6 by both major polls.

The Gamecocks face No. 5 Georgia in Columbia this weekend.

LSU (5-0, 1-0 SEC), which travels to face No. 10 Florida at 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, has won its past four meetings with South Carolina by an average of 17 points. The teams last met in 2008.
